Please read the below terms carefully because, by visiting this site, you agree to accept these terms. Crabtree & Evelyn reserves the right to make changes to this site and to these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will publish them here.

Availablity of Goods & Legal Bindings
The materials on this website are directed solely at consumers who access this website from South Africa. The supply of goods is strictly limited to the Republic of South Africa only. Orders requiring shipping to other countries will not be accepted.

The use of the www.crabtree-evelyn.co.za website in general and in particular the purchase of products through this site is governed by the laws of The Republic of South Africa and fall under the jurisdiction of the South African Courts. Any contract will be communicated in English.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with South African Law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Product availability, pricing details and acceptance of orders
Submission of completed 'shopping cart' order forms and their associated payment and delivery details will not be deemed as an acceptance of the order. Your order and credit or debit card details will be validated before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. As stated earlier - orders can only be delivered to South African addresses.

The prices quoted are in South African Rand and are subject to change. Purchase requests to addresses outside of South Africa cannot be processed. All prices include VAT where appropriate.
