How do I place an order online?
Our simple checkout process is easy to complete. Once you have finished your shopping, click on the “Check Out” button from your Shopping Bag.
Step 1: You will be asked to log in to your account, or to create a new account if you have not shopped with us before.
Existing Accounts:
If you are logging in to an existing account, enter your e-mail address and account password. If you do not remember your password, click on I have forgotten my password and enter your e-mail address. If we are able to locate your account, your account password will be immediately e-mailed to you.
New Accounts:
If you have not created an account in the past, or are new to the Crabtree & Evelyn website, enter your e-mail address in the “E-Mail Address:” field and click on the option labeled “not yet registered with crabtree-evelyn.co.za. Then click on the “Continue” button to begin the process of creating your account.
Step 2: Enter your shipping address.
Step 3: Enter details for payment and click Authorise to complete your order.
Step 4: Confirmation of Order is displayed. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is received.
Please Note: Once you complete your purchase at crabtree-evelyn.co.za, we cannot make changes to the items you have ordered. If you wish to make changes to the shipping address, please call our Customer Service Specialists who are available Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5pm on 011 792 7572.

Payment options
We will accept payments with American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. We do not accept personal checks or money orders online.
When will my credit card be charged?
We will charge your credit card on date you place your order. You will receive a confirmation that your order has shipped.
Discounts, promotions and coupons
Crabtree & Evelyn discounts and online offers, like free shipping, are communicated through our website, Email Exclusives and direct mailers. Our Crabtree & Evelyn retail stores may offer different promotions from our online store.
The following restrictions apply to special promotions and coupons:
- A promotional or coupon code may be used only once.
- Promotion or coupon offer is valid while supplies last.
- Price adjustments will not be applied to prior purchases
