Why Join Our Loyalty Programme?
* Loyalty rewards: earn points every time you shop in one of our 7 stores.
* As a member, you are entitled to exclusive discounts, promotional offers and special newsletters regarding new product launches, seasonal sales and special offers.
* In addition, you will also receive regular email and sms communications about in store activities and promotions.
How to Sign Up and Earn Points?
* You can sign up to the Loyalty Programme in all Crabtree & Evelyn stand alone stores in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
* Once you have filled in your contact details, you are issued with a loyalty card.
* The card is active immediately. When you shop, present your loyalty card at the till and points corresponding to the amount of your purchase are added onto your card.
* For every R10 spent in store, you will receive 1 point. Once you have accumulated 100 points, you are rewarded with a R50 gift voucher. Gift vouchers will be issued in denominations of R50 or R100 vouchers.
* 200 Points = R100 Gift Voucher; 400 Points = 2 x R100 Gift Vouchers and so forth.
When are points calculated?
* Your loyalty points are calculated and checked every quarter. For reasons of accuracy, security and privacy we calculate and audit loyalty points quarterly at the Crabtree & Evelyn head office.
How are Gift Vouchers issued?
* Once your points have been calculated and checked, we allocate gift vouchers corresponding to the points accrued. If you have accrued sufficient points (100 points being the minimum), we allocate the corresponding gift vouchers quarterly.
* The gift voucher amount and a unique reference number will be sent to customers via email and sms notifications in the third week of the same month. You will then need to bring in your reference number, your TYP loyalty card and some form of identification to your closest store to claim your gift vouchers.
* You have 30 days to claim your gift vouchers at your nearest C&E store. Uncollected vouchers and all the corresponding points that were accrued will lapse at the end of this period.
* Once issued, gift vouchers are valid for a period of three months. You can spend the gift vouchers on yourself or give them as a gift!
Terms and Conditions:
* The Crabtree & Evelyn loyalty card is only issued on completion of our contact details form. Customers signing-up to the programme are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the Loyalty Programme.
* Customers must present their TYP loyalty cards at the till in order to receive points on their purchases.
* Customers must present their ID books, TYP loyalty cards and their unique reference number (sent to them via sms or email) in order to redeem their gift vouchers in store.
* A minimum of 100 points need to be accumulated in order to get a R50 gift voucher. Any loyalty points under that threshold will be carried over to the next quarter.
* The accumulated loyalty points and corresponding gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
* Loyalty programme gift vouchers may be used for purchases at Crabtree & Evelyn stand-alone retail stores in South Africa only. They cannot be redeemed at the Tea Room at Design Quarter.
* At present, customers do not earn points on their online purchases. Loyalty programme gift vouchers also cannot be used to pay for online purchases.
* The Loyalty Programme and all associated promotions are only valid at Crabtree & Evelyn stand-alone retail stores in South Africa. This loyalty programme is not valid for purchases made in Crabtree & Evelyn stores outside of the Republic of South Africa.
* The programme's promotions are subject to the published Terms & Conditions [including expiry dates].
* Discounts offered to loyalty programme members cannot be utilised in conjunction with any other promotions or special offers, unless otherwise specified at the time of the promotion.
* Crabtree & Evelyn (South Africa) may amend the terms and conditions of this programme from time to time. These will be published on our website and communicated to customers in store and via email and sms.
* Loyalty member's contact details will not be shared with any third parties. We take your privacy and security very seriously. In order to communicate effectively with our members we do ask for your email address and mobile phone number. While you have the option of opting out from these communications, we do send out important loyalty programme information via these channels. You will be opting out of receiving information on our exclusive promotions and communications on your loyalty programme gift vouchers.
* Loyalty members must ensure that we have their correct details in order to receive information regarding sales, promotions, new product launches, special offers and the issuing of loyalty programme gift vouchers. Crabtree & Evelyn will not be held liable for any emails and smses notifications that do not reach loyalty programme members.
* Stock of sale and promotion items is limited. All Crabtree & Evelyn promotions are valid while stocks last in store and online.
